The Bianconeri are hoping to win the title “best club coach” in an event being hosted by AS Roma.
AS Roma owner Massimo Cellino is in charge of the side and the competition was named after the city’s famous Bordeau Hotel where the legendary Coach Bordea once lived.
The event will take place on April 1 and is being organised by the AS Roma Supporters Club.
It will also include a live audience, which Cellino said is the only way to get the support of the supporters.
“It is important for us to know what our supporters want.
They are the ones who are passionate and want to see the club win titles, the first of which will be the Scudetto,” he said.
“We know we need a good supporter base to achieve the goals of our club.”
The Biancocelesti have won two titles in a row, losing the Champions League final to Bayern Munich in 2015 and beating Juventus in the quarter-finals of the Champions Cup in 2017.
Cellino believes he has the squad to win a third title in three years and he also has a plan for the upcoming campaign.
“The season is very important.
We need to make sure that we don’t lose the title.
That is the most important thing,” he added.
